This 2-bedroom contemporary home is the perfect accommodation for couples, offering a romantic, secluded holiday space to enjoy each other’s company. With a large master bedroom downstairs and a second Queen bed upstairs in the loft you can easily accommodate 2 couples.

The separate loft level can also provide a convenient extra space for work, art or just some quiet reflection, making Licorice Cottage an ideal writer’s residence or yoga retreat for solo visitors.

Whether holidaying with friends, your partner or travelling alone, you’ll love relaxing with a glass of wine or pot of tea in front of the fire or on the spacious outdoor deck, taking in the fresh ocean air or star-gazing into the clear night skies.

Licorice Cottage has been appointed with everything you need to relax during your island getaway.

The stylish, monochromatic bedroom contains a comfortable Queen bed made up with fresh, white linen and reverse cycle air conditioning, for a comfortable night’s sleep.

A real highlight of the master bedroom is the spacious deluxe spa bath, raised from the floor in smooth slate, with views to the bay. You’ll also have the convenience of another full-sized bathroom, shower and toilet just across the hall.

The contemporary kitchen has been equipped with all the utensils and equipment you’ll need during your stay, for cooking, dining and entertaining. The cottage also contains modern laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer to be used free of charge.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation on the Bay Islands

With Licorice Cottage, we are happy to offer guests a pet-friendly holiday house they can enjoy with their house-trained cats or dogs. The accommodation is securely fenced, ensuring your pet’s safety during your stay. (Please note: Peppermint Cottage cannot accept reservations for your pet as the property is unfenced).
